Processing Time
All Mavésa Studio mugs are handmade. Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Shipping Rates
Canada: Standard shipping $15
United States: Standard shipping $24

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $200 within Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service conditions.

Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacement for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packaging
Each mug is carefully wrapped and protected to preserve the handmade polymer clay decoration during transit.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
