Each Mavésa Studio mug is handcrafted and made with care. Because many items are personalized or made to order, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mavesastudio@gmail.com . Include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible.

Non-returnable items
Personalized or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
